Are you ready?!?!

Okay, we all know there’s an election comin’ up, so it’s a good idea to make sure you are registered NOW! The deadline for registering to vote is October 6th, 2008.

If you live in Indiana:

you will need to fill out this voter registration form:

and if you live in Floyd County you need to either take it to this office or mail it to:

If you live in Indiana, but not in Floyd County, you will find all of the Indiana County Voter Registration Offices on the second page of the voter registration form listed above.

After you drop this form off, they will send you your voter registration card and you will then be officially registered to vote. You can check your voter registration and polling location at anytime at or by calling 1-866-IN-1-VOTE. If you live in Floyd County, you can also call the Floyd County Circuit Court Clerk office at (812) 948-5419. More info on voting in Indiana can be found at:

If you live in Kentucky:

you will need to fill out this voter registration form:

If you live in Jefferson County, then take it to or mail it to the Jefferson Election Center:
