get (and stay) in the groove …

Whew, sorry for my lack of posts lately! Seems that the semester has been busy for all of us – me included.

Anyway, as I mentioned in class the other day, the dreaded WET WARE CUTOFF is just around the corner. I know, I know (it’s okay to shed a tear now). This is of course the very last day to do anything in wet clay! ANYTHING!!! So, make sure and count back from November 16th and adjust your schedule accordingly. If you need or want to re-make any of your projects, you must be completed with that by the 16th as well.

Also, don’t forget about the upcoming Annual Dirt Bags Fundraising Sale (November 17th) and keep your eyes and ears open for updates on that – there will be instructions and sign up sheets on the board in the upcoming weeks.

And of course the Senior Seminar exhibition —- UNRELATED and UNRESTRICTED: Six Diverse Responses to the Theme Identity. One night only!! (December 2nd – Riverbend Winery) stay tuned for more details.

I know there are a ton of things coming up in the next month or so. Just stay focused on making tons of great art. Channel all things good. Think FAR. Sometimes I think of David Dunlap. Here’s his suit:

and his hat:

See you in the studio.
