In this project, you will:

Use digital modeling software to design a throwing rib with a unique profile. You’ll then 3D print your rib and use it to make new forms. An important part of this project is iterating your design. So, you’ll make one rib, use it to make some work, then fine-tune the design based on what you learned by using it.

Think creatively how you can merge digital technologies with a standard ceramics process. What new forms can you make? What new things does the technology allow you to accomplish?
